The sale requirements were slightly unusual in that the purchase funds were being raised via a private loan, but this didn't present any issues to the team other than one additional meeting was required to set out the details. The Coles Miller team was professional and courteous whenever I made contact and they worked closely with me and the purchasers to deliver our mutually agreed timescales. Upon completion all of the formalities and financial transfers took place smoothly and I would have no hesitation to use this service in the future.

Feb 03,2024We were so pleased with how our house conveyancing was handled by Inga and Clare. It was all carried out in a very friendly and efficient way. At one point there was an unusual legal complication with the property we were purchasing. Inga and Clare were immediately at work to make sure the matter was appropriately resolved. So, the whole moving experience was a very good and we thank the team for the personal and always helpful way in which our relocation was handled. And now the unpacking begins!
