Opdatering: Jeg havde fat i HR flere gange, 1-1,5 år før jeg stoppede i Compass Group, jeg tænker ikke det er nødvendigt at opsummerer, Dette er en anmeldelses side, hvor man kan fortælle andre potentielle kunder hvad man synes om virksomheder. I jeres tilfælde er i den 2' dårligst ratede i jeres branche - Måske i ikke skal spørge ind til enkeltsager, men kigge indadtil og ændrer en syg kultur, på en dårlig arbejdsplads. Jeg kan kun tilslutte mig alle de øvrige. Forfærdeligt arbejdsmiljø. Her behandler man ikke sine ansatte ordentligt.

Its pretty clear that they do not respond to the experiences of people on here, so its just a shouting board. However, I should have checked on here before wasting my time applying for a part-time job tottering around a hospital ward with a tea trolley. No response and they're now advertising the exact same position again. At 61yrs and lots of time on my hands, I wanted to give a 'little back'. BUT heyho!!
Man bliver lovet alt og får ingenting pånær stress. Jeg vil aldrig anbefale Compass Group, til nogen. Vi havde ikke tid til pause, mine kollegaer begyndte at ligge sig syge på skift, men fik ikke en vikar eller afløser. Man er en brik, der tjener penge og ikke et menneske. Rigtig dårlig arbejdsmiljø
Have been 8 times to Medirest cafe at the City Care centre in Peterborough....an absolute joke... Everything is too much trouble.., I mean everything! I have been told lots of excuses when asking for cheese and tomato toasties. They include We haven't got one of those! Got no tomato Its a lot of trouble I have got to grate the cheese.... To day took the biscuit... ' I haven't got time to cut the tomato!!! I am on my own.... No one waiting behind me and it would have taken seconds....shocking! Why is Hillary working at a snack bar/ cafe? The staff never look at you and repeatedly ask you about what you have ordered....obviously don't listen and take note. I have watched them serve others. Very slow, forgetting what the person ordered... An absolute disgrace...Why would anyone employ people like that? It's not a busy place.... Sort this embarrassment out....
I have work for this company for 15 years and they absolutely rubbish they don't care about you or what so ever rubbish pay they don't do anything for you.... they never listen to you so what's the point!!!!!! Worst company ever wish they would loose the contract
Their service is more than disgusting. They contact people to arrange an interview for a job applied, you go to the interview, they confirm they want you to proceed with the next stage of the interview and you accordingly postpone all your other interviews and personal commitments, to find out two days before they do not wish you any more to proceed. If you try to simply double-check on this and ask for clarification, well, you could die before hearing back from them. So, I ended up wasting two weeks of real interviews for a fake interview with a fake recruiting company. Please do not waste your time and don't accept any interviews they offer since they just need to fill in spaces and don't care at all about the job itself. Disgusting.
Awful company they exploit workers. Long shifts not paid properly, very often they do not pay the right hours because they charge break time never done. No clear contract I had a fake offer letter, I have never seen a proper contract . No overtime paid. I do not recommend this company. Be very careful, think twice...thousand.
I would like to say I went to your Asda Middleton Leeds store and the lady serving was amazing a huge smile on her face nothing was any trouble even tho she was rushed off her feet, she should be the face of your cafe lovely young lady will definitely be going in everyday think her name was beeny

I had a positive experience during the interview, but I encountered some challenges with the onboarding process. Unfortunately, I was stuck in another country due to flight delays, and although the company initially mentioned that sending references before onboarding was 'ideal’ they suddenly changed it to a 'definite' requirement right before the onboarding session. I noticed the night before the onboarding there was no link to the meeting so I emailed about this. In the morning, an hour before the meeting, I check my email to find that they want me to be online ten minutes early and they will refuse to do the onboarding without my references. Streamlining and improving communication in the onboarding process could be beneficial for both the company and prospective employees.

I would give zero stars if I could. Recruitment guy called Connor contacted me regarding a job I applied for. Books me in for an interview in 2 weeks time. Comes across all nice on the phone then doesn't contact me again with any further info on the interview arrangements. It should be tomorrow but he never got back in touch. Disgusting service.
Hej Compass Group: Jeg arbejder som deltidsmedarbejder on demand i Aarhus. Jeg møder op som regel kl. 06:30 tage morgenmaden til det adr som jeg skal servere, servere maden, rydder op... og kører med evt. rester tilbage og hjælper i køkkenet indtil jeg skal køre frokosten til adr ...Efter en tilfældig opdagelse har jeg sagt til min nærmeste leder, at jeg skal tænke over det faktum som vedkommende fortalte mig efter ca 8 mdr. Inden jeg går videre skal jeg sige at jeg holder af mit job og mine kollegaer og synes samtidigt at betingelserne skal være fair. Jeg kiggede på min sidste lønseddel og opdagede at det manglede 2,5 timer i forhold til min arbejdsseddel og skrev en besked til min nærmeste chef og vi kiggede på det og så siger han til mig at når man arbejder flere end 6 timer så bliver man trukket en halv time for pause. Jeg sagde at jeg holdt ingen pause og du havde ikke sagt til mig at jeg skal holde pause. Han siger: Jo det var ikke arbejde hele tiden og engang som jeg kom forbi så sad du ned og der er ikke så meget arbejde på det sted du serverer maden og du har heller ikke gjort (grundigt) rent i køkkenskabene. Nu har jeg arbejdet og arbejder i forskellige køkkener som afløser når jeg møder op om morgenen, så får jeg at vide at mellem 12:30 til 13:00 eller hvad er passende, har du frokostpause. I overenskomsten står også at når jeg har pause så skal jeg kunne koble totalt fra. Min opgave på serveringsstedet var on demand jeg kunne ikke koble fra, jeg skulle hele tiden være på hvis/når en gæst manglede noget så skal jeg træde til eller hjælpe til. Jeg ved ikke hvor mange timer jeg er blevet fratrukket på denne måde og jeg synes det bedste er at administrationen kigger på det her engang til. Jeg synes det er unfair at jeg skal stoppe. Jeg vil ikke møde op på arbejde og samtidigt have det skidt og synes at min arbejdsgiver snyder mig og dermed levere noget mindre end 100% service som jeg er ansat til især fordi jeg har direkte med gæsterne at gøre. Jeg håber på det bedste. mvh
Dreadful food at my mother's care home. It is simply inedible most of the time.
Horrible company.. make people work very hard for very small wages. Management don't explain cut of periods correctly making staff think we're constantly underpaid and generally have no clue about anything. When leaving company they send you threat letters saying they will start legal action if you don't pay them back what they have over paid you. They don't pay sickness... Don't care about their staff ... HR is like a ghost pointless to even email them will never get any response or action taken. It's the worst company that literally enslaves people to work extremely hard for ridiculous pennies....
horrible place to work i worked for chartwells is part of the compass groups I worked for Rugby School. the management is bad. they don't even care about the staff. there's a woman named Sara White she's a snake she's nothing and she thinks she's anything. she doesn't help anyone, just keeps telling the other employees to do their work and she's still on her phone all the time or flirting with the chef
Looked to book only to find out their hotel had some immigrants living in the bedrooms. It seems that this group of chain hotels have taken up some government contracts to do this so beware.
