Aug 14,2020My laptop was very cranky, I dropped it off at Computer Repair Dr, unfortunately shortly thereafter, the business closed down because of Covid issues.Their phone number had a very simple message that they were closed. My laptop was unavailable to me for close to 3 weeks. Not able to do P/T work etc. During this time I was not contacted by any one from the business. MMMM. I finely drove to their location to find out they were open, HUH? Another couple of days later finally my laptop was repaired. I would suggest that they implement a personal contact with their customers should an incident occur again. This is not local staff issues, but rather Management/Ownership.I would go to them again because of the staff.

Nov 10,2020I bought my Brother a refurbished Mini Desktop Computer so he'd be able to work from home when his office closed due to the Covid-19 Pandemic Everything was going fine until a month after it's warranty expired. The computer just wouldn't turn on .I called the company and they sent me a video showing how to unscrew the side of the computer and repair it...I was horrified ...First I was 3000 miles away from the computer and even if closer I'm just not savvy enough to be diving inside the hardware. My brother is even less savvy than I so I hunted on google to find a repair shop. I called a few places... when I called the "Computer Repair Doctor" I was very impressed with the questions they asked and their willingness to solve my problem. I emailed them the video I was sent,told my brother to take the computer in, and crossed my fingers hoping it could be repaired. SUCCESS!!! The problem was NOT the issue they sent the repair video to solve (Thank goodness I didn't whip out that screwdriver) but much more complicated. The "Doctor " was kind enough to give me a detailed summary describing the steps taken to repair the computer It is working wonderfully now and I am so glad there's a place that I can turn to if something comes up. I think the the term "Doctor" is so appropriate.My brother and I are extremely pleased with their service and recommend them highly. Many Thanks!
