Jan 12,2020My laptop needed a new hard drive. It was installed the same day, and the technician transferred my files to the new hard drive. In addition, I bought a refurbished laptop that was on display, and once again the technician transferred my files to the refurbished laptop. Both were ready later that day. The technicians are wonderful!! I have been a customer for a few years now, and I will continue to be a customer. I have also recommended this company to friends and colleagues.

Jan 10,2020When I first walked in i was greeted very nicely. I told them the issue and before running a diagnostic they already knew what the problem was. I went to previous computer repair shops and they would just send me back my computer and tell me to go apple. These guys know their business very well. Thank you, hope 2020 treats y’all good.

Jan 07,2020Went to Computer Repair Doctor on 12/30/2019. Talked to Taylor, who was polite, knowledgeable, and professional.Explained what we needed done to our laptop computers, and she told us she would take care of it. About 2 hours later she contacted me to tell me everything was done and we could come pick up our laptops. The bill was reasonable. I would not go anywhere else. I highly recommend this place.

Dec 07,2019I brought my computer in with a power issue, not only did they test and find out the root of the issue, they also didn't charge me anything. The gentleman there was very courteous and professional. I will definitely use them again if I have an issue I can't fix myself.

Dec 07,2019The process is sound, and eventually it got fixed. But took too long, and only when I called was I notified of a shipping issue holding it up. Upon receiving laptop back, bottom screws were all missing from the case, and a wire was closed in over the ethernet port making it un-usable. They offered a free fix, which is great, but it's still 30 minutes each way - which is time wasted had it been done properly. Again, overall process with notifications appears sound, the solution just wasn't quality.
