Feb 06,2020I needed a new touch-screen and hinge replacement on my laptop. The technicians at Computer Repair Doctor were always in communication with me about the status of the repair. Even though the parts ordered did not initially fit my laptop, they ordered another set of parts. Even though it took 6 weeks to repair my computer, I did not need to pay extra for parts or labor. Great service and constant communication from them!

Feb 04,2020CRD saved the day for me! They found the problem with my notebook computer in just a couple of hours, and helped me get back into production mode the next day. In my case the problem was the main-board. They had a nicely refurbished notebook and they were able to swap out the hard-drive from problem PC into the refurbished one. All worked great. Replacement PC is working just like my old one. Thank you, Computer Repair Doctor!

Feb 12,2020My sister has used Computer Repair Doctor several times for phone repairs and was happy with their service so I thought I would try them out. I can say I'm beyond totally happy with the staff and service. I took my laptop in on a Friday and got an estimate on the following Monday with an apology for not calling on Saturday. Parts for my laptop had to be ordered and would take several days to arrive so my laptop wouldn't be available for pickup until Friday. To my amazement I got a call on Tuesday to say my laptop was fixed and ready for pickup. Computer Repair Doctor is definitely my go-to place for repairs in the future.
