Apr 05,2020I had just purchased a new HP computer with Microsoft 10, having used my ASUS computer with Microsoft 7 for about 12 years. After using my new HP computer for about a month, I finally accepted the fact that I needed help. I had written a list of about 10 things, which either aggravated me and/or I knew very little or nothing about. Staff assistance started almost as soon as I placed my computer on the counter. I told staff about my problems/concerns and their help was immediate. They had my computer repaired and all my questions answered to my satisfaction and my computer was returned the same day. Therefore, I'm glad to recommend a highly knowledgeable, professional and courteous staff who provides customers with excellent service.

Apr 04,2020TWO GREAT COMPUTER TECHS Lynn and John BOTH went above and beyond in order to get my desktop cpu repaired and back with connections for a good operation. Thank you John for your initial repair with replacing my old mechanical hard drive with a new solid state drive. And thank you Lynn for the great patience and extra time and efforts in setting up connection to peripheral equipment. Finally this evening I have begun to be productive with the cpu, devices and software.
