I chose this place because of their good rating. Alex is really professional and knows what he is doing. The reason why I'm giving this 4 stars not 5 is that the girl who works (she is the one who checked my mac) return my mac with a scratch and one screw that was not fixed in a good way. If you go there ask only for Alex.

They were unable to extract any data from a hard drive and had great difficulty locating the drive in order to return it to me. Three individuals sat eating their lunches while one searched aimlessly for the equipment. The level of unorganized behavior is concerning to say the least. Will take my business elsewhere next time.

Great service. I brought in my laptop and was not sure how long it would take to repair. They did a diagnosis right then and gave me an estimated cost. They confirmed the cost by phone and did a nexy day turnaround. I trusted them and thought pricing fair.

fast and honest service. They fixed my macbook battery. The apple store was asking for $800 to fix the battery. Computer repairs did it for a quarter of that. My tech spot for sure.

These people could have charged me a repair fee for my broken computer but they didn't because nothing was wrong with it. I had just used the battery down all the way without realizing it . They are the exception in this cheat people society. I now know I can trust them and will be taking all my computer work to them.
