They replaced my iphone battery, let me know that at some point my phone had been exposed to water which wasn't causing any apparent malfunction and put my case back on and I was out the door. Colin was friendly, professional and most importantly competent! Thank you.

Dec 03,2019Very satisfied with the quality of work and the cost of repair. I might suggest, and did when I picked up my device, that their notification process be reviewed and repaired/replaced. I never received a notification of either the estimate or that my device was ready. Both times I just happened to check the status on my own.

Nov 03,2019Tremendously impressed!!! They repaired 3 computers for me, recently. 2 were rather easy fixes, the 3rd fix was tremendously impressive. The hard file on the desktop crashed. The folks at Computer Doctor were able to save all the non-replaceable software on it. My hat is tipped to their skills as I would have had to buy tons of equipment and software to replace what would have become inoperable without the software on the hardfile.

Dec 06,2019The experience was totally terrible! My hard drive was out of order and I took along with my computer to ask them fix it. After 1 week I got it back, they said they had fix it already and replaced the old hard drive with a new one. OK I paid $200 for it then, but turns out after 3 days it was out of order again!!!!! I wonder did they really change the hard drive for me????? how come a new drive can die that fast?????just 3 days???????? I was frustrated and called them again, they ensured that they had changed a new one for me already and refused to change for me again. totally bad services
