Great selection of cars to choose from and I test drove three before I picked the car for me. The after sales service is excellent I cannot recommend these guys highly enough

Mar 25,2025Fully avoid this company for cars at all costs. I’ve had there car just over 5 months and I’ve had nothing but issues with the vehicle. Last week the car fully broke down while I was driving and I’ve been informed today that it’s a mechanical issue and it’s costing over 1.1k to fix. and that’s just in labour alone. Tried to inform concept Car credit (Gaz) about this issue and explained that I’m in my full right under the Consumer protection act that I can request a full repair. I got told that I had only a 1 month warranty (which I wasn’t told about) and that I have to contact the finance company. I feel like the company have taken full advantage of myself and others as I can see on other 1 star reviews and I’m kindly asking for a full repair on the vehicle or unfortunately the financial ombudsman’s will have to step in. Again please avoid this company at all costs

I ended up with a lovely new motor and a stress-free exchange. I'd highly recommend Concept Car Credit, and will definitely be returning again in a few years :)

They were the only one of many companies who looked at us as people, did not reject us for bad credit history and with full professionalism helped us finalize the finance of a car that we really needed because our family is growing. Keiron and Becky we are very grateful for your help, the best service!!
