Should of known when we walked in it wasn't going to be good , already sold our car and have finance in place , was told the director of our finance company was in the building but I highly doubt that. Kieron was rude and abrupt, repeatedly saying about our finance and circumstances while telling us how much his car cost him. We stated we needed an automatic and the spec we needed but we're made to feel like we weren't worthy of what we wanted. Showed us a car that was nothing like we wanted and then pointed out to me a car and said oh you can't afford that. Dingy showroom and offices with nothing in there we even wanted to look at , told that there was a list of ppl wanting automatics. Patronised about what my husband knew about cars .... we left annoyed at wasting fuel and time . Went to Arnold Clark, low and behold automatics upon automatics , fantastic service , no issue with anything and car is delivered next week ...

Laura has been amazing from start to finish ! After only being offered small amounts of credit from other companies , Laura helped us break down our income and reached out to lenders who suited our situation and offered us enough for our perfect family car. My credit isn't great , my wage alone also isn't huge , but Laura put in the work and has made us an extremely happy family. I started to think we would never get the car we hoped for , but Laura reassured us she was sure she could help . Up until the keys were in my hand I didn't believe it was actually happening. Other staff were also so helpful whilst we actually visited and test drove the car , but sadly I didn't catch their names. My children were welcomed , allowed to watch TV and get a drink and overall the entire experience has been fantastic . Nothing felt to much . We highly recommend.

I can’t fault this company at all. Specially Laura. Nothing was to much for this lovely lady. Kept me up to date with everything. Greeted me when picking up my car. I traveled from Doncaster, transport was paid for. Everything was sorted for me on arrival. Highly recommend this company.

Kieron has been wonderful he broke down my choices and options. What I could afford in my price range and also how to improve my credit for the future. Help me bring down my car insurance. Kieron spent a lot of time to explain things in detail for me to be able to ask any questions or any concerns I may have. He’s even sorted out cover for car parts and cover for breakdown etc, getting the the best possible deal that he could get a miracle on itself . Kieron has gone above and beyond to make sure I understand and I’m happy and confident to make my own decisions. And like I said earlier anything that I didn’t understand Kieron has really explained and broken things down for me to understand. Further care he’s got patience of a saint and I would most definitely recommend this service to somebody else thank you Kieron.

The process was extremely quick and easy I never had an issue with the staff or anything like that the issue I had is with the car which was extremely overpriced which I am not happy about at all

I got a car from l these cowboys they say they check cars for customers peace of mind don’t believe that the car they sold me they engine itself is corroded and falling apart which I took it to main dealers to find that out I would stay well away from these when you phone them up to tell them the problem they hang the phones up avoid at all costs take your money else where please don’t get ripped off by these cowboys

Found concept car credit quite by accident. Laura helped us with our purchase of a fabulous fabia, that has a showroom shine and that new car smell. She went above and beyond to help us. She asked our budget for both deposit and repayments and got them to well within budget. We got more than a great deal. Through the whole process she kept in touch through every step and kept us well informed on everything. Honourable mention for Dean the delivery dude who brought our car to our doorstep. When the time comes to needing another car, I shall return to them, highly recommended.
