Nov 05,2024Agreed a price for the car I was buying, signed and set everything up. Arranged to pick vehicle up a few days later. On arriving to pick vehicle up I was made aware that I needed to re sign. On speaking to the finance company they made me aware that the price had increased over 800 pounds with no explanation. I was not happy about this at all and regret not walking away then. Still no explanation and I get contacted asking to do a review and I told them my concerns with s reply that they would get back to me and nobody did. I will not be using this company again.
