Never even applied for a car finance but received an email saying I’ve been pre approved and just to give them a call so I can drive away my new car today! On the phone they rushed me through and said all looks good and they’ll be looking for the right car for me. Seconds later got an email saying I’ve been rejected. How on earth does that work?! Tried getting in touch for explanation but calls & emails are getting ignored, what an appalling customer service. If you’re thinking of using them read the 1* reviews first and you’ll notice they are all from people who left reviews a while after buying from this company. The 5* ones are immediate reviews as they give out vouchers for them. Dodgy company

Last Saturday I was asked for 200 pounds to reserve a car which I later found out was already sold. On Monday I asked for my money back and since then I have been putting it off I don't know why or what I did wrong. Now I am struggling to get my money back. This is my experience with this company. I hope this review helps you.

Honestly amazing what Becki helped us with. She was amazing and managed to help me sort out my previous finances and help me get an amazing deal. Would really recommend using these and asking for Becki. Will be back in 2 1/2 years to upgrade as long as she is still there .

From finding cars I’m interested in, being available around the clock to offer me advice, even to test driving the car and finalisation of the deal.
