Jan 15,2023Laura contacted me to let me know I was Eligable to part ex my car which as the price of living has gone up was really good timing. She ran all the checks and booked me an appointment for the next day. I went in and saw Kieran who was really lovely and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I drove away in a car which was going to be cheaper monthly for me but one I still liked. There was no hard sell from any of them and I test drove a couple to make sure I was happy. I'm about £100 better off a month and all done in a couple of days. I have a newer car which i like as well which is a bonus. Thanks guys.

Jan 09,2023Had no issues with the car I got. Team was friendly and helped me understand everything before I left. At first was a bit unsure with some bad reviews can’t always judge by a cover. But it shows regardless you’ll get them everywhere you go. Was able to take away the car straight away with tax and insurance and with out any faults. Thankyou :)

Jan 08,2023I am a very fussy customer when it comes to buying a car. The sales executive who was dealing with finding a car for me, Kieron, had looked before me travelling the 45 minute drive to make sure there was cars fitting the description I had given. There was plenty to look at but I was still not seeing the car for me. While Kieron went to look for some others on the system for me, Laura had come to introduce herself and got chatting about what I would like and what the car needed to make it stand out. She was very professional and explained everything to me in a way I'd understand it, as did Keiron. I test drove a car, which had not long been with themselves, with Laura and instantly felt very comfortable in it, was easy to drive, high enough for my disabilities to get in and out, had all the spec I needed and more and was lovely to look at. It was such an easy process with Laura to get all the paper work side sorted. She even went to speak with the main boss to see what deal she could get. She ended up getting me a discounted price on the vehicle which was absolutely amazing plus a longer warranty. I mean if you don't ask, you don't get. What's the worst answer it could be. Amazing service, very friendly, easy going and to get along with and all sorted there and then. Thank you again Concept Cars
