Mar 26,2023Everything from start to finish first thing that did was take both our driveing licence s off us on the pretex to start the ball roleing even when we said we wanted time to think about the amount off finance and to look at other dealerships and told them we wanted to go away and think about it properly we still held there by them for another 2hours and felt that the only way we could get out off there as thay would not give us our licences backeven though we had stated we wanted time to think it over we ended up takeing a car we did not want just to get out off their. two days after takeing car it brakes down through over heating set it back told finance company we did not want it back that were fine with that till concept cars lied to themsaying that I had areadcto take the car back once the repair was done all I agreed on was for them to collect the car and take it to there garage when it was collected it went back with all the paperwork and two keys that came with it.that to me is a clear indication that the car was not wanted but now were stuck with a car and finance that we don't want.would never recommend them to any one

Mar 25,2023What a great experience from start to finish. I was lucky enough to have Keiron looking after me. I had had issues with car finance previously, he made everything so easy, not stressful, nothing was too much trouble and to be fair he dealt with the whole process from start to finish No stress for myself. Spoke with him on the Tuesday and driven away in my car today Saturday a very happy customer. Would highly recommend him to everyone. Many Thanks once again. I cant thank him enough.

Mar 17,2023Keiron was able to find me just the car I wanted. All within budget. I was kept well informed throughout the process. The garage itself was easy to find. The car was looking very shiny and clean and I was able to have a good look at it and have a little test drive to make sure it was right. They organised drive away insurance cover if it was needed, made sure I had the relevant paperwork to tax the vehicle. And I was able to drive it away within half an hour.
