Apr 17,2018CAP has the best value, (cost vs benefits) when compared to other extended warranty companies. CAP also has a helpful, customer friendly staff and its easy to get to talk to a person and get answers. I have yet to use the warranty so I have no experience to review. So far, so good!

Apr 11,2018I contacted Concord initially because they were rated very high on the Internet. I just received my warranty contract. What I can speak to is how I was treated during the initial phone call. Mr Taylor was informative, kind and considerate, and most importantly he did not pressure me as other company reps did. This company is one of the few companies that administer the contract themselves without handing it to a third party. I have the warranty "just in case" and I am sure by all accounts claims will be handled swiftly and efficiently.

Just one day prior I had been contacted by another company with some of the rudest bullies I had ever spoken with.
