Customer service has always been friendly and helpful, and the install itself was done with a smile and completed very neatly. The engineer stepped me through what he was going to do, checked everything with me and then got on with a great job. Everything works flawlessly.

Aug 09,2024Gave a 2 star review when they failed to get back to me with a query about our install date but, no doubt as a consequence they really got moving and from there on in they’ve been fantastic. The instal was quick and efficient, the disruption was minimal and the service was up and running in no time. We have internet, landline and their 4K box all for a lot less than we were paying BT (for only 47mbs). Have recommended the service to three of my neighbours.

Aug 12,2024Very helpful visit from rep. who explained everything very patiently and courteously (I am wanting to switch from my current provider due to unstable internet, which is difficult as I work from home using internet all day). Not pushy at all, just very helpful and very clear. Have since been in touch with Customer Services, didn't want to hold on so asked to be called back, which I was, the next day. Unfortunately I missed the call so then I called again and was near the front of the queue this time :). Again, the lady was very helpful, friendly and courteous and I now have a date for installation, ensuring that I won't be left without internet when the "switch" date comes. All very encouraging so far and I am grateful because there are so many companies out there and making a choice can be daunting at times!
