Oct 30,2023My items were lost for months until I threatened legal action. Suddenly they were found. No response to emails. What was I offered? £50 off my next purchase and the promise that everything would run smoothly from now on. lol No notification that my item sold. One item sold on 29.09.23. As per CSD policy payment will be processed after the 14 day return policy and should take 1 to 5 business days to appear in my bank. This is now the 30th of October. I have no payment through. I asked for my Christian Louboutin's be returned to me as I cannot cope with dealing with this company any longer. It's been traumatic to say the least. I certainly cannot cope with having to chase the money if they do sell. This has been ongoing since June 2023. We're now on 5 months. Message to CSD: Just return my shoes and pay me the money for the sale of the other pair. (Since there is no response to my email requests to return my shoes). I will never use this company again and really wished I hadn't found them in the first place. There are much easier ways to sell your designer items. This certainly isn't one of them.

Oct 30,2023A bad experience turned into a good one! Royal Mail unfortunately lost one of my items - sad but not their fault. Farouk in the warehouse was the most kind, helpful, and understanding in trying to help me get my refund even despite the slowness on Royal Mails end. They ended up just refunding me without royal mails go ahead. Good company. Good customer service. Will order again in a heart beat.

Oct 06,2023I am so happy I found CSD. They have fantastic designer items I live in the U.S. and shipping was fast. When I had to return one on my items they made it so easy and went out of their way to reach me using Whatsapp and even calling me internationally when my server was blocking their email with the return label. Truly fantastic service. If you are concerned about buying overseas, I can tell you that this online store is legit and I will definitely buy from them again. Thank you CSD!!

Sep 11,2023Just wanted to leave a review based on my recent experience . I ordered a bag while being away , and I knew no one will be at home to sign for it . Once I saw it was awaiting to be collected by the Royal Mail 48h delivery for (a Bag over £1500k ( which is not special delivery and I struggled to reschedule it in past as it's not a priority ) I decided to call back and ask to hold a delivery for a week so I can be for sure at home when it arrives . I was transferred to speak with the warehouse manager ( sorry I didn't catch his name ) but he was extremely helpful and reassured me that it will be dispatched a day before my arrival . So it was ! I received my 'new baby' today and I'm so happy . The postman just left it outside the door . But I was in to get it . Really pleased with my experience . Just suggest it would be better to at least gets signature and do Special delivery by 1pm for a safest delivery option , unless it's Dpd or dhL ?because my item was worth over 1.5k and it would be nice to deal with refund if it got missing or so .
