Feb 08,2017I would recommend the service this company offers. It helps you to see their is a light at the end of the tunnel. I still struggle with my finances every month but I keep reminding myself 3 years instead of 20 years. I can't wait to be out of this situation. Lower interest rates really helps to get the principle down. I did call my creditors to ask for lower rates and was told "No, sorry we can't do that." But this agency got me lower rates.

The CESI customer service agent was friendly, understanding and efficient, like they've always have been. Makes a positive difference when you're already trying to work hard in getting out of debt.

Feb 07,2017The process was very easy to set up and they are very accommodating with changes. I was able to add another account to the plan at a later date with no issue and change the date of my automatic payments to coincide with my pay day at work.

Feb 07,2017Find somewhere else. It caused more problems than helped. No real negotioation to terms. Payments are not flexible and it cannot be paid over the phone or online or on an app. If you want to pay a bit more then you have to call them which is a nightmare and even then unless it is 5 business days or something like that within your payment date then nothing can be changed. Customer service people are rude, unhelpful and give you conflicting information. I highly recommend finding another company to help you.

Feb 08,2017CESI has helped with consolidating some debt I had but anytime I had to talk to any customer service I always felt they were being pushy. I had some representatives be rather rude to me on the phone. I look forward to this partnership ending.
