Jan 06,2024It was very easy to place my order with Cool Fire Trainer. The website made picking out what I wanted/needed super easy, everything is very well explained when you click on an item. Once I placed my order, I was informed about when my item was shipped/tracked till I had my products in my hands. I was also emailed once I placed my order with an email to watch videos on the product prior to having it in my hands, so I could be familiar with it before I received it, very handy ! Once delivered, my products came VERY well packaged/secure no damage to anything what so ever ! Everything I ordered was in the contents of the box no issues at all. As for using/setting up the product for use, it is so easy and done in less than 5 minutes. This thing is so much fun to use, it is hard to put it down, once you start you won't want to stop. I do recommend to buy the bulk pack of replacement firing pin plastic tips !!! (50 pack) YOU WILL GO THROUGH THESE THINGS ! they do not last forever ! I was using a titanium aftermarket firing pin with my kit and it has a ever so slightly longer tip than the stock firing pin and I noticed it was putting wear and tear on the plastic firing pin tips pretty frequently, so I needed to swap them out pretty quickly. I contacted Cool Fire Trainer about my set up, and they got back to me really quickly even though it was around the holiday time. They recommended that I use the stock firing pin/firing pin spring with their kits, it wouldn't cause as much wear and tear on the plastic firing pin caps as my aftermarket firing pin is doing. But no matter what firing pin I use stock or aftermarket, the plastic firing pin covers are considered "consumables" they do take all the abuse, so they will need replacing at some point, so take my advice and buy a bulk pack (50 count) or two so you can have a TON of fun without worrying that you will run out anytime soon. Also every time you fill up, you need to lube up the Cool Fire Trainer as well ! Please read the instructions more than once, so you can keep it lubed and working top notch, this will help it last longer and you won't have issues or need to send it back or contact them because of an issue, just fallow the instructions word for word, it's easy to do. Along with the extra tips, you should also purchase another tube of grease for the Cool Fire Trainer, the tube of grease that came with my kit, is LESS than half full, maybe even nearly only 25% full from the first time I used it, not sure if this is in all kits, or my grease tube in my kit was a odd duck and didn't get fully filled. I also got the Drinkmate C02 adapter/bottle for my kit, I also purchased extra bottles from amazon, when sent from amazon, the Drinkmate company will send you a return label with your bottles and keep the box it came in, you can send the empty bottles back and get credit for them and use that credit for new refilled bottles ! Just one more thing that can help out with keeping the fun going, at a cheaper price than always having to train at the range with live ammo, driving there using gas, buying targets, paying range fees. Don't get me wrong I do support my local ranges, but using this kit gives me that extra edge for training at home, and times when I am unable to get to the range, for whatever reason that may be. Bottom line, is this kit worth the price and upkeep ? HELL YES !!! To me it is, the "consumables" are cheap enough to not let this kit collect dust once you have purchased it. I would like to purchase more kits for different models, I will wait for another sale (like the blackfriday sale I got this kit) then I will pull the trigger and get another one. Dec 28,2023Amazing dry fire system. If you can’t go to the range weekly and want to be fast in every aspect of shooting, this is the system for you. It’s worth spending more for the rapid fill laser, it gets around 40+ shots per fill. Buy additional striker tips, they wear out quickly but cost very little. The laser I-MTTS targets are a game changer, without them the range like practice would be limited. This system should be price compared to the price of weekly trips to the range in my opinion. The Co2 is $18 for refills at Target. Might even be cheaper if you can find a local paintball shop.

Dec 27,2023CoolFire Trainer is the next best thing to live fire training at the range. For pennies on the dollar you can practice at home. The recoil simulation is great , no need to rack the slide after every shot. The laser works great as well with dry fire training apps. I use CoolFire Trainer together with my MantisX system for a complete training experience all in the comfort of my home. I can honestly say this system pays for itself. I Train 2-3 times a week , you can get over 2,000 shots from 1 Co2 Soda Stream bottle.

Dec 23,2023I have a trainer for my CZ.....always was a bit hit and miss as to firing on double action......got one for my P226,very disappionting will not charge! I have found that custormer services to shift the blame to me....I haven't even contacted about the new dysfunctional model,that does not work at all.I did get the one for the CZ to work properly...its a great training tool!

Dec 21,2023I know that they said that the shipping could be 14 to 30 days, but it was well over a month, and even then only after reaching out to them that my product shipped. I did raise this from 2 to 3 stars because the equipment is good quality and they did try to make up for the delays by upgrading the actual shipping rate and threw in some extra strike plates, but it was very frustrating to get to that point. I will see if I order again from them after I have used the product for a period of time. If it is reliable, and I get great use out of it, I will order again and recommend to others.

The problem, upon attempting first install of laser and fill adapter to CF Barrel found it wouldn't screw in, threads too far apart, and nothing in instructions/troubleshooting about this. Customer service got me straightened out, the part inside the barrel needs removed with supplied tool, then shim. Need to review provided videos to get clocking right later. Added star to rating and will revisit again after using the product. Would really like to be able to go full on 5 stars.
