Dec 02,2023Bought a kit for a M&P Shield Plus. Had problems with the guide rod/recoil spring being too tight causing the takedown to be excessively tight and having trouble removing it. Contacted customer service and they never got back to me after 1 email. Sent another email and was ignored. I wouldn't buy another product from them and do not recommend.

Nov 19,2023I love my CoolFire Trainer and use it lots, to say the least. In fact, I may have overused it, hence the need for repair... Oops. It's hands down the best, most versatile and safest training aid. Period. I sent the CoolFire unit for repair: they repaired it and sent it back, as good as new! But what I really appreciated, is that while CoolFire while having issues with international shipping (presumably due to the nonsense handgun ban in Canada), they held on to the item and sent it once they worked through the shipping issue: they did not forget about me. CoolFire is one of those few companies left that still answers their phone (imagine!) and responds to their customers. Simply phenomenal customer service.
