Oct 29,2023They send the wrong guide rod and recoil spring. The laser fires twice each trigger pull and scatters the hits. The customer service could care less. Tell you that they will send return labels and two weeks later no labels. Do not buy this junk.

Oct 28,2023I bought the CFT for my Hellcat Pro. Apparently, the way Springfield Armory positioned the take down lever causes an issue to easily install and remove the CFT barrel. I was upset at first, and wanted to return it, but customer service provided a video that kind of helped, but not really lol. I figured out the sweet spot on my own so that I can easily install and remove it. Besides that, it's gets no better than this for true dry fire practice with the added recoil. I would highly recommend this. It is a really good investment especially when it is paried with a laser target system.

Oct 24,2023My product took a while to ship, but I can understand because there was a Labor Day sale and I’m sure they got busy. Once I received my CF Trainer (Labor Day silver package) everything was relatively easy to set up. The only thing that was tricky was zero-ing the laser, but once you understand the process, it’s not as frustrating. Boone was extremely helpful when I called with a couple questions, and YouTube definitely has some helpful videos as well.

Oct 18,2023I paid for a CFT and laser extension in April. From the Australian distributor. The laser extension is yet to arrive. But this doesn't matter as the soda stream adapter is incompatible with the Australian soda stream CO2 bottles. I have tried to contact the distributor but they for some reason don't respond. Really great value I paid twice as much for the CFT which, for me, is useless, than I did for my G17.

Oct 01,2023I cannot review the actual product because I am still waiting for the order I placed over a month ago! I was told, "Our current shipping lead time is 10-14 business days, although sometimes it may take up to 21 business days." The 21 business days came and went and the company cannot give me any indication as to when the order will be filled. They have offered a refund but I would rather have the order filled and a discount given for the extended wait time. Be prepared to wait a very long time for your order to get filled.

Sep 30,2023All in all, it’s a nice training system. I like how the CO2 cycles the slide to give the shooter a live fire effect. I do not like the reflective targets…you have no able to see the impacts because the barrel laser flashes for only a split second. And it’s almost impossible to zero the laser because of the same reason. I’ll probably purchase some interactive targets and use the system to train drawing my handgun from the holster. This system is definitely not suited for accuracy training.

Sep 26,2023The recoil simulator was exactly what we need for new and inexperienced shooters! I have found that those who have had limited training and/or experience with handguns are fearful of the recoil, but they associate it more with the loud sound of the firearm discharge. Once they can experience the recoil with little to no noise, they improve dramatically! It has also improved my dry fire training immensely!

Got the 1911 Silver package for the most part. Works great and don't need the Magazines to use. Con The mag cutoffs were for 9mm to 40cal Don't have it for the XMacro.

Sep 22,2023My barrel does NOT work. I answered your first email, I have emailed you again and I even called for tech support, left a message and no response. Here's the kicker, last year, I ordered a trainer for my P320 Compact and it was the wrong barrel. I spoke with John I believe and he told me he hadn't perfected the dual coil spring in my firearm but was working on it. I kept it hoping one day I would be able to exchange my first one for the correct one. It's still not available apparently. I was so excited when I purchased my P365x because I knew for sure CoolFire made a barrel for that one. To my extreme disappointment, it does not work as advertised. You guys have my email and my phone number and voicemail. A phone call at minimum would be nice. 813-453-7958

Sep 14,2023I love my coolfire kit. I get a full magazines worth of trigger pulls before reloading. Paired with the mantis or any laser compatible training app, this takes dry fire training at home to a completely new level. The laser is 100% accurate to my POI making my setup *almost just as good as training at the range. Nothing will replicate live fire, but this is about as close as you will get at home. The only thing I would have done differently on my initial purchase, was I would buy the extend shot adaptor

Nov 09,2023I wanted a set for a Glock 17. it was out of stock. I then received an email that it was in stock and I ordered the set via the internet. I had problems paying due to my bank card. This was handled very well by the employees. My point of criticism is that once I paid, I had to wait a very long time for delivery. I then inquired and it was delivered after all. But the entire process took many weeks, even though it was indicated in advance that the set was in stock. I live in Belgium and the delivery came from the US. This went fine. But now I use the product and am very satisfied with it.
