Oct 04,2024I've had my windows and doors for 3 to 4 years and yesterday my locking mechanism failed on the side door. I called coral at 9am this morning and informed them my house was insecure. They prioritised this and by 2.30pm it was fixed with a full new mechanism. The Ultion lock was fine. I can't ask for better than that. The guy on the phone, Peter and the guy who fixed it were both spot on. I would recommend Coral.

Oct 01,2024We had 4 windows fitted by coral windows but the kitchen window steams up on the inside and when Steve the installation manager came out and tested it with a coating detection divice it shown to have a manufacturering fault. So they are replacing it next week. The plus points were they fitted all 4 windows very well and look good. UPDATE. The faulty kitchen window has now been replaced and my wife and I are very pleased. Sep 30,2024The 5 stars are for the work done from the initial quote through to the building work, I cannot fault any member of these departments, professional, respectful and helpful. It is a shame that this didn't feed through to the payment process as these staff definitely let the team and coral down. Being harassed and threatened for payment is totally inappropriate when I still had a skip sat on my drive so the project was not completed. I am still waiting for a receipt from the Accounts department. Disgraceful customer service. My drive is also covered in cement due to the length of time the skip was sat there.

Sep 26,2024Really top quality products, much superior to other windows. My order was quickly arranged for fitting and the company kept in contact all the way, even checking the day before. On the day of fitting the two fitters worked so hard and made a superb job, going the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the fitting. We still have windows to be double glazed but wouldn't consider anyone else. Superior job all round.

Sep 26,2024Very happy with the work Coral windows do. Used them 4 times now and never a problem. After the initial consultation in your home, a surveyer is arranged within a week. Thereafter delivery and fitting is usually within 4-8 weeks. I have found all staff to be professional, polite and hardworking. I wouldn’t use any other company now.

Sep 25,2024Coral windows were very amenable with payment plans and my doors were fitted promptly. The only down was one of the fitters was not very happy with the company and made it known as he was very grumpy. Love my new doors.
