Jul 04,2019I've used Coral Windows twice and they are professional and never pester for sales. They measure up properly using a surveyor, so the windows fit perfectly with very little mess. Considering the quality, they are good value for money.

Jun 26,2019We have just undergone a big build project (for us anyway!) and desperately required a large replacement kitchen window from a bottom opening style with cheap handles, and security, to side opening. The project also meant that a very cheap basic door would now also become the main entrance into the new utility and kitchen area. Lastly the existing back door would be bricked up where we wanted a picture window. Due to the building project schedule being slightly ahead, we had several date changes when things were needed which put pressure to get the windows and door installed ahead of plastering work. No one else in the area could accommodate us as responsively as Coral Windows. Despite my many panics of would we be able to get the door picked and installed, and the windows in time Coral actually had them made and ready ahead of the deadlines. I can also attest to the quality of the products. The glass is thermally efficient, the fixings and handles are sturdy, unlike the cheap 18+ year old items we had. Security locks and bolts are really sturdy and certainly give peace of mind over what we had. We opted for the stable type UPVC door that has a separate opening/tilt top window, and it is simply stunning and is perfect for what we wanted. As for price, you pay more than the cheaper/trade windows but would say quality wise it is noticeably better, and the costs include installation. Coral are certainly not the most expensive either from several quotes we got, and the sales person is not pushy and looking to do a "deal today". To wrap up this review I would certainly recommend Coral Windows, they pulled out the stops when others weren't interested in delivering. Thanks to all at the Wakefield branch for their help.

Jun 20,2019If this review helps anyone, we were looking for 18 months for a double glazing company. Tried many companies but there was always something that left that seed of doubt. Eventually went with our gut and went with Coral. The sales rep was fair and not pushy and clearly believed in the product, was also very patient and listened to what we were ideally looking for. The price was roughly in the middle of numerous other quotes. Communication and the process up to installation was clear and efficient. The installation team turned up on time and were spot on, very professional and quick but not at the expense of doing the job right. Great set of lads who did a quality job. Really pleased with the look and quality and would have no reservations in recommending Coral to friends and family

From our initial enquiry at the Otley showroom through the drawing board stage to the final fittings we knew that Coral was the right choice. Really good value for money ; no hidden extras. The materials are of the best quality and the workforce were, as I said before, consummate professionals who arrived on time every time and always cleaned up at the end of each day. The project also kept to the target finish date which enabled us to make our own plans for decoration etc. We have no reservations at all about recommending Coral. Top drawer.

May 20,2019We have just had 2 Bay windows fitted by Coral, I don't usually leave reviews but I felt credit needed to be given. From Initial quote to Installation, the service has been 5 star. The price was reasonable, (not the cheapest, but you could see the difference in quality & security). The Installers Lee, Mark, and Phil were punctual , courteous and respectful, and left our house clean, tidy and looking great. Although the weather is not very cold, we can already hear and feel a difference to the sound and heat insulation. I would have no hesitation in recommending Coral Windows to anyone .

May 09,2019Previously used coral and even recommended to friends, however my recent experience means I would avoid at all costs. Ordered a replacement window as the existing upvc is past its best, arranged appointment to measure took afternoon off work after a hour of waiting rang coral to be told he was running 3 hours late but hadn’t bothered telling me. When measured all seemed ok, after 2 months rang coral after not hearing from them to ask when the installation date would be, to simply be told they had cancelled my order without even informing me as they claimed they couldn’t do the job no other explanation given. I’m guessing they had lost the order and rather than admitting that said they couldn’t simply replace one upvc window with another. surely that’s there whole business.

Apr 01,2019Our house had an orangery built in 2014, to the cost of over £40,000, that came with the full guarantee. We bought the house in 2018 and have since had one of the roof windows blow and the bi folding door have dropped. I contacted the company to come out and have a look (under warranty) and they said that the guarantee was for the previous owners as they paid for the work. Surely a guarantee is with a product not with a person? If they really are a good company using quality products and fitters, then why wouldn't you put the guarantee on the products not the owners?!? Really bad customer service and staff rude.

Mar 13,2019Had a conservatory installed by Coral and standard of work is rubbish and after sales is even worse. Every time we have heavy rain it leaks and when the engineer came he said he can’t do anything because it was raining. The first time he can come back is 4th April. Anybody got any buckets they can lend us till then. Hope it’s not raining that day. Wish we had never gone to them.

Mar 13,2019Was unhappy with installation and how some of the windows worked. after complaining got someone come out to try to resolve. once agreed a course of action came out to rectify however glass got broken so had to wait again for replacement glass. Now at last 4 months after installation finally it is sorted. Fitter that came to resolve was fantastic and really friendly. Thanks to second fitter craig sorted problems and went beyond to help. would say if you are on a busy road get wooden windows as upvc windows do not reduce noise that much.

Feb 02,2019Had my windows and doors replaced by coral windows and from start to finish the service I received was second to none. The salesman was not at all pushy was knowlegable about the products. They style and quality if the products is first class. The men did a fantastic job fitting them cleaned up after themselves and we a pleasure to have in our home. We have already noticed a difference within our home we no longer have darfts coming in and the exterior of our house is superb. I would definitely recommend coral windows.
