The windows are of good quality. We would recommend Coral to anyone. After our experience with a previous company that fitted my last windows it was great to have a company that knew what they were doing.

Oct 31,2024The majority of the time things were done and acted upon at the correct time. The door fitting was excellent and the colour was true to the sample shown prior to fitting. The accounts department let you down by issuing a receipt prior to our payment and then the invoice did not come through on time.

Oct 25,2024After getting silly quotes from other companies for less of a build, we opted to use Coral windows to add a hybrid Orangery to our home. We are so very delighted that we did. Coral have been outstanding, from the ground works to the build itself. Scott Dyson (sales rep) was very informative and helpful in every aspect, not one bit pushy (which is what we liked) and lovely natured. Every single member of the team have worked to a very high standard - Nige, Aiden, Lenny, Charlie, Matt, Micky, Shane, Blake & Brendon also Paul & electricians, Thankyou very much, you are all so superb at your trade. But the star of the build in our opinion is - Steve Roberts (our installer). Steve you are an absolute asset to Coral, we watched you work non stop, you were like a machine, a power house of enthusiasm. We glanced through as you installed all the frames / lighting pelmits / roof sections / glass and then you did the plastering and cleaned up after yourself. Just WOW !! what a worker, and all to a very high standard too. I have such a critical eye, but you certainly met all of my expectations. Well done Steve and Thankyou, we love our new build. If I’ve missed anyone’s name (sorry). Finally, it’s been a pleasure dealing with everyone at Coral, including the office staff. It only took weeks for our build, from start to finish. We would definitely recommend Coral to all. Well done and massive thanks 👏👏👏.

Oct 25,2024We have just had all our doors and windows replaced, with work finished the day before this review. We have been very pleased overall with Coral. Josh, the sales person who responded promptly to our email enquiry was knowledgeable and not pushy. Responded to our questions, checked where he wasn't sure and came back and worked with us to ensure we got what we wanted. We had a comparison quote from another company and Coral were competitive but their service/, response was better and gave us more confidence. The surveyor who came to do the detailed measured survey was very good and the work was scheduled within the estimated timeframe we had been given. The fitters were excellent, so efficient, took care of our property and did a great job, with minimal damage which they made good. We are very pleased with the new windows and doors. The only thing that didn't go as smoothly was setting up the hub and app for the inbuilt alarm system in the windows which is run by a different third party company and required a lot of time talking to their help desk. But we have got it sorted now. We would still recommend Coral.

Oct 24,2024Tom and George arrived prompt and worked hard and consistently throughout the installation which wasn't without it's challenges. They were both pleasant and courteous and I am very happy with the results with not too much remedial work to complete afterwards. No one likes spending money but this was money well spent.

The fitting team were superb! Really friendly and made extra efforts to make sure the job was perfect. No damage to my interior and they cleaned everything before they left. Highly recommended

Oct 23,2024We have hardly ever had a good experience with any sort of building work being done, so we were a little worried about having a conservatory built. We needn't have been. From start to finish there was not one thing that we could find fault with. Jason Dickinson was the Sales Consultant and he was great, We told him what we would like and he advised us perfectly. But, we also have to compliment the builders and the UPVC fitters. They were amazing. The weather was terrible, the poor window men were drenched within minutes but still carried on working. They all cleared up the mess, took all their rubbish, they were friendly and polite. I really can't express in words how pleased we are and what an amazing conservatory we now have.
