Following the initial measure up, and on impulse, we headed for the main Bradford Showroom, to browse the full range and where we were fortunate, by chance, to meet with Paul Benn, who patiently guided us through various options and choices, and suggestions and advice, without any pressure to buy or decide. We returned to the Showroom a couple of weeks later to place our order and Paul took us through the whole process and looked after us to completion and beyond. Thank you.

Sep 16,2024What started out so well was ruined by the guys who came to fit our patio doors. An absolutely horrible job with very limited care and apologies for how they left the door, kitchen window and the mess they left at the house. Just because it is a renovation doesn’t mean you can treat it like a dump. Seals a complete botch job with a massive chunk out and not meeting where they should and screws already causing damage to the internal seals and frame as not flush. No seal at the top of the frame. Don’t offer these sort of doors if you don’t have the skills to fit them for your customers. Front door already showing signs of dropping and the draft excluder already broken. What started out so promising has been a complete let down on what is not a cheap product. Update 17/09/2024 Response received. I think you are missing the point. A decent apology wouldn’t go amiss. At no point have you shown any level of remorse or common courtesy for the issues caused. If this had been dealt with in a better manner then this review may have never been posted in the first place!! No phone call to apologise, emails sent with no level of care. Your response ‘thank you for your comments’. How about ‘We are sorry you have felt the need to leave this review and our service has not been to your satisfaction’ Update 29/10/2024 As of 25/10/2024 all issues have been rectified. This took numerous visits and could have been dealt with quicker but got their in the end and were well updated. Not compensated for the amount of time we wasted on travel to and from the property as we don't live there (30 minute round trip) to check things that had been done, let alone a stressful refurb being made more stressful through no fault of our own. I still don't believe we have had a decent apology but updated to 4* as they did what they said they would do.

This was a big project with several challenging aspect but they never once complained, just got on with the job with a smile and a song. We were really impressed. The finish is perfect.
