The only downside was the tracking remains invalid for almost a week and I wasn’t made aware that the order actually came from overseas (first time ordering from cosmetics now). After a few messages to customer support, I was about to give up because the responses I got was rather vague (Order dispatched on x day, wait a few days for tracking to be live/active) until Veena stepped in to clarify things up regarding tracking and I was assured that the order is on its way, many thanks! Delivery was fairly quick. Order is well packed and product is genuine. 5 stars as 1 week for order to arrived from overseas is impressive. Will definitely order again. Thanks!

I was nervous for the courier arrival for my package because it was shipment was on hold but they arrived earlier than the due date. got both of my product safe and what is great about this package was they informed me the tracking details with one of the bestest couriers ever DHL. thank you for always emailing and answering questions when its necessary cosmetics support.

We can't get this product locally so it was great to find it on Cosmetics Now. Items arrived bubble wrapped in a box. Individual items were not in the brand's box. We're still happy with our purchase anyway!

delivered on time..my only concern was that neither the box or the bottle of makeup had an expiration date as did the one i bought from sephora..this gives me pause that this may not be the genuine product

When Elizabeth Arden changed their original Ceramide Day Cream with SPF 30 to Advanced Ceramide Day Cream with SPF 15, the new cream did not absorb into my skin and the fragrance was not pleasant. I could not order the original product from anyone but Cosmetics Now, what a relief. I love the original product. Thank you for being able to sell the original product.
