I ordered a very expensive item and it has taken too long to arrive. They have said that the item has shipped but the courier company states it has not even left the point of purchase. Am not happy with the integrity of this site.

I ordered a hard to find Lancôme lipstick. Found it right away on Cosmetics Now. Ordered 5 tubes. Arrived as ordered in a very reasonable amount of time. I will DEFINITELY be ordering other cosmetics and facial products from Cosmetics Now. They also carry my Jean Patou Joy perfume which is also getting harder to find, especially the perfume versus the eau de cologne or toilette.

I ordered a ton of products, and was told I would have them in 7-10 days. I placed the order on January 8th (it's now January 24th) and the Royal Mail tracking doesn't even have a status because it turns out the shipment has been sitting in the Netherlands (!?!?) for 10 days. This is a big and expensive order- I do not recommend. Total BS on shipping timelines. Who knows when I'll even receive it... if ever!

I received my lafemme Armaf fragrance yesterday. It smell like alcohol it's not genuine at all. I'm very disappointed! I will not be ordering anymore fragrance from cosmetics again.
