I padi for the order to arrive in 3-6 days, it arrived in 14. It was not until i sent an email to ask that i had someone talk to me about this. The reason i was given was 'coronavirus' despite the fact that i have only been submitting orders during coronavirus and this has never happened to me on this website. I pressed for an answer that would offer a bit more clarification. No luck.

I have never ordered from these guys before so I knew I was taking a risk. Several reviews said shipping was slow. My order said 7-14 business days and it took 14 haha. I expected that so I wasn't let down. My fragrance was legit and I got a great deal! My product came from Tennessee.

Both items came with the tamper seal broken, which makes me wonder if they are counterfeit. When I reported this to customer service, I was told that they likely came undone in transit which feels like BS. On top of that, the formula sits weird on my skin and cakes up. Will not be ordering from this site again.

parcel took more than a week to reach in Malaysia, which is acceptable. Packaging is good. I ordered scented candles, please try to put candle all lids on top, instead of putting them vertically and horizontally. The coconut wax melted easily, it run off to wrapping bubbles. All scents mix around already. :)
