Feb 10,2024I have bought a cosmetic product from this website, but instead of the usual tube with the ahava mud exfoliator, I've received a big pack ( lots of paper inside Ecology? Common!) with a mere single use sampler of it. Sure, on the sampler there is a photograph of the real product, so they say now, that it is what I have ordered. For 12$. Real scam! Don't even consider to buy something from Cosmetics Now. Zero

Jan 26,2024Placed my order with them on Saturday 13th January and paid £9.95 for shipping that should have been 5-8 business days but received my item on the 9th business day (Thursday 25th January). Asked for a refund for the £9.95 shipping cost as I didn't get my item within the time frame stated and they tried to lie and tell me I revieved it on the 8th business day which wasn't true. They then simply just refused to refund me the £9.95 for shipping. Customer service seemed passive aggressive. Don't order from them.

Jan 11,2024Cosmetics Now Australia: CUSTOMERS SHOULD BOYCOTT AND AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST!! We have a string of email evidence from this business, right up to their CEO Murray Kester, filled with LIES, Fake info, empty promises and scams. They also cancel orders on Customers with no explanation; their customer service is not existent and they will even make up lies and empty promises with no follow through. Then once you call them out on their lies, empty promises and fake info, they then stop replying. There are plenty of other businesses online that have much better customer service and much better prices, so it's best to avoid this SCAM / SHAM business like the plague, otherwise you will just get very badly burned and ripped off.

Nov 17,2023I have always bought from Cosmetics Now and items have never disappointed me, shipping has never disappointed me, usually takes under 2 weeks in total (About 12 days). So i didn't have to write a bad trustpilot review, until now. I bought an item on the 7th, I received an email of confirmation for purchasing the product. Today is the 17th of Nov and I have no idea what's going on, i wrote to customer service and they just said that handling needs more time. Usually it takes a day or so for handling and then dispatch, this time I was told it would take 12 days. Still no email to let me know why it's taking too long. Edit: (1st/Dec/2023) I still have not received any further information about my purchase. They keep telling me that handling will take 12 working days (It has been 18 days now and no updates). In 7 days it will be 1 month and still no shipping information. I got a refund of 20% last week chose to wait a bit longer so I've been waiting. On the 7th of Dec if I don't receive any updates, I will ask for a full refund and probably not buy from them again. It's sad that after 10 years of buying from them, this is the experience I have. If you are planning on buying a gift for someone for Christmas, don't bother because they will receive it in February given how busy holiday season gets.

Sep 21,2023Surpassed expectations!! I was worried because I read a few one star reviews, and mention of possible fraud, but that was definitely not my experience at all. The communication was timely/regular updates on status of my order and delivery, service was swift, and my package arrived safe and sound far quicker than I expected. I was relieved and very pleased!! Also, the product I ordered arrived in excellent condition and was exactly what I expected.

Despite I paid ridiculous amount for shipping, cosmeticnow chooses the shipping company with very low rate which doesn’t even use an air conditioned warehouse and deliver the orders without AC. I received the order that I couldn’t even hold, because the tubes inside the box were burning hot. I contacted support team right away and received an answer they are not responsible for any damaged after the order left their warehouse ( with the shipping THEY provide, without an opportunity for customer to choose an alternative decent company). Moreover, they were trying so hard to convince me that it is safe to use creams and serums that were stored at the temperature above 40C. All you need to know about professional knowledge level. Be aware that the item you order through this website can affect your health pretty bad, due to irresponsible storing and handling. Don’t risk it.
