Nov 22,2019I am a travel advisor that books many vacations for VIP clients around the world. Would like to have solid partnerships with suppliers that ensure great experiences for my clients and build trusting relationships with advisors. I have been getting the runaround for one of my clients for the last 5 months from your team and am still waiting on commission payment. I have given ample opportunity for your team to respond. In most cases they don't respond. I will continue to push out word of terrible customers service across channels if this is not resolved quickly.

Nov 15,2019Holidayed twice and found the guide really helpful and full of excellent information. The small tour numbers made for a much better holiday. Hotels and food where great and the tours all went without a hitch. Found them good value for money.

Oct 16,2019It was difficult to get a straightforward answer to a straightforward question. Answers were slow in coming and questions had to be asked several times. Moreover, when I book a holiday and pay a deposit I expect an invoice back by return itemizing the balance that has to be paid and when it is due. This has occurred with other companies. I do not expect the invoice to arrive over a week later. Friends on the same holiday had to instigate an invoice and I am not sure it has arrived yet. Cox and Kings doesn't strike me as being a very efficient organization and I cannot say that I would recommend it to others
