Staff very helpful once I got to speak to them but hard to get through with a complex telephone menu leading to a 'too busy' can we call you back? This didn't happen so a further struggle with the telephone system.... If you want fantastic service try Audley!

Aug 31,2018Having enjoyed a wonderful trip to India with Cox & Kings in 2016, I have just booked tour of Sri Lanka. From the initial enquiry you are assigned a named consultant (and given their extension number) who is always available to answer questions. My consultant had visited the locations on the tour and was able to advise on a range of aspects. She was able to arrange for separate invoices for myself and the friend I'm travelling with (who lives in another part of the UK) and to give us a single booking so that we are able to check in together and sit together on the plane. I'm looking forward to our holiday, confident of a great service, knowledgeable guides and high quality accommodation. I thoroughly recommend Cox and Kings.

He was totally conversant with everything I needed to know and was an excellent and genuine salesman when he gently upgraded certain aspects of the holiday. By the end of the whole process of booking the holiday, I was really excited about our trip. I have yet to receive any documentation but assume that this will be equally impressive.
