Jul 31,2024The customer service officer (CSO) could not understand my situation and sounded uninterested in finding out the cause of my concern. She had little to no knowledge of the correlation between CPAP and ResMed. I still do not have a product purchased from your company that does 'what you said it can do' but the CSO advised me I can pay $84 to have it checked out - incredible! Faulty product but you want me to pay to have it checked out - very disappointed.
