Jul 25,2024Purchased the same unit as previous. Didn’t have any in stock but asked to pay in advance and would be contacted as soon as unit arrived and was programmed. No contact, had to chase them up. No notes on file but could see we had paid. Finally collected unit but no reason given for delay or lack of contact. Poor customer service.
