The 1st person who oversaw my trial over 2.5 weeks didnt take any notes about what masks i tried, therefore when i happened to see 2nd due to issues with availability there was no records. My machine wasn’t even registered which 2nd person said would have been useful to obtain more information. I did take my machine on 2 occasions but the 1st person didn’t seem to be interested. I think next time i will try another company.
Your staff in Geelong office were of wonderful knowledge & so helpful. The most I have learned in a long time when I purchased a travel pack back in March/April. This time I needed the 12v adjuster.
I thought I had made it clear that my husband was a non-compliant (83 year old) patient and that the purpose of the visit was to hopefully confirm he no longer had sleep apnea after losing 20k. We were recommended to hire a more modern CPAP machine for a week to get a result. I took everything related to CPAP machine with us as instructed but his mask was not checked. Because his mask was leaking we could not get a result the first week so it was recommended we hire the machine and some masks for a second week. Again mask leakage returned no result. When we bought the CPAP nine years ago in Traralgon, he was fitted for a mask with no issues and the same when we replaced the mask years later. My husband is no longer using the CPAP because he feels it was a waste of time, effort on his part, and money; sorry, but he feels it was all about a sale, not establishing whether or not he still needed it. I am very disappointed because we lost the window of opportunity, mostly because his mask was not checked at the first visit, and especially as I had made it clear how he felt because of his multiple medical issues.
The service from the Kew Victoria office was excellent. I always have to wait several days to get an appointment at Wantirna which is only a 5 minute drive from my home. I was prepared to travel 45 mins to Kew as I could see them on the same day.
Took too long to get appointment for new machine. Old machine had had passed use by time and it finally gave given up the ghost. I had already been there with the machine but was told to ignore it.

The consultant was extremely helpful you need to find the right person the CPAP journey is a difficult one for most and having someone with expertise @ experience was important to me as I struggled and become very anxious with the process
