I received a call the day before I came in to say my order was ready and could be collected at any time. At the time I confirmed I was receiving a mask and the straps. When I came in to collect my order yesterday, I found the lady to be unsmiling, unfriendly, and not overly helpful and borderline rude. I gave her my name and said I was there to collect my order. Her reply was, "Do you have an appointment?". I said, "No, I was told I could come in any time today to collect my order". I had to wait about 5 minutes while my order was located. I queried the size of the order, and she helped look that up my size history. I asked if she could confirm whether the package included a facemask and the straps. She replied that it would only be for the straps. I decided to ignore her comment and found that when I opened the package, it included a mask. I found her manner abrupt and not helpful, especially the way she asked if I had an appointment. As a customer, I have and will spend a significant amount of money in the store, and I expect better treatment next time.

Easy transaction, with the receptionist always prepared to help. Only thing, some customers certainly exhaust the receptionist and other customers with their never ending questions which Is annoying when you have to wait and wait and wait.
