Jul 31,2024I received a call the day before I came in to say my order was ready and could be collected at any time. At the time I confirmed I was receiving a mask and the straps. When I came in to collect my order yesterday, I found the lady to be unsmiling, unfriendly, and not overly helpful and borderline rude. I gave her my name and said I was there to collect my order. Her reply was, "Do you have an appointment?". I said, "No, I was told I could come in any time today to collect my order". I had to wait about 5 minutes while my order was located. I queried the size of the order, and she helped look that up my size history. I asked if she could confirm whether the package included a facemask and the straps. She replied that it would only be for the straps. I decided to ignore her comment and found that when I opened the package, it included a mask. I found her manner abrupt and not helpful, especially the way she asked if I had an appointment. As a customer, I have and will spend a significant amount of money in the store, and I expect better treatment next time.
