Jan 16,2024i would highly recommend Creative IT, after purchasing my 3rd phone from them this christmas for my daughter A Samsung 220 whenshe turned on phone it would not recognise her network, after contacting Creative It they agreed for me to send the phone back and they would issue a replacement phone and they did this in a very swift and fast mannerwith an even better upgrade to a S22, chris and evan went above and beyond the solve this issue for us.. they are by far the best in the business
