Dec 25,2023Ordered iPhone 11 off this company and after receiving the phone with a loose battery that was shaking around in the back of the phone, I returned it, received again to see the phone cannot be used as it has a faulty battery that is not even supposed to be in an iPhone!!! After paying extra money to have a new battery put in they couldn’t even put in one that functions! Been so let down by this company as the iPhone was a Christmas present for someone. Extremely disappointed!!!!!

Dec 25,2023Service levels need to be improved on. Supply chain visibility is vital and needs to improved on too. If I make an order for a product costing nearly €1300, I should be able to track the progress of the order from payment to delivery which sadly in this case wasn't possible. I had to ring in before my order moved from 'processing' to 'processed'. Also, I wasn't provided a tracking number and had to ring again to be told if the order has been shipped or not. Overall, not satisfied with the experience.
