Mar 31,2023Phone returned for repair under warranty.Was able to monitor the repair using online ticket tracker.Shop made contact twice to verify settings.When the phone was deemed non repairable they replaced the phone without hesitation.Overall very happy with service provided.

Mar 31,2023I ordered a iPhone 13 Pro as a present for Christmas. There was a fault with the phone so they were happy to take it back to see if it could be fixed. After 6 weeks of calling, receiving little help from the customer care, no call backs after being promised call backs I asked for a refund. Refund was given but overall a poor customer experience.

Mar 16,2023I got my screen replaced on my iPhone and so am very happy with the final product. I have had a screen replacement before from another shop and the sensors were not working properly and the touch screen sensitivity was terrible. I would highly recommend paying a small bit extra and getting an excellent final result form the guys at Creative IT!

Apr 25,2023Lads were so all lovely and cool to talk to. Very helpful even if my device couldn’t be repaired. They won’t try to fix something if it can’t be fixed and I think that’s admirable since I’ve been scammed by other places in the past who tried and charged me for it, and it was still broken. These guys are genuine and legit, and I wasn’t charged for the assessment. Also offered me alternatives to my old device . Definitely coming back soon.
