Jun 16,2023Unethical work, insufficient pc knowledge. They sell phones and get high reviews. However, when proper repair needed, they just ask to change with new parts even without being able to find out which part is broken. You buy just random parts and hope that is the one which needs to be replaced. The manager is very rude as well when not able to provide professional information to answer professional questions. I did not feel safe and had to leave their shop when they got angry out of blue. They kept the money paid without any repair. I just cannot believe what people can do for such small amount of money. On the contrary, being polite, respectful and keeping it professional when there is an issue would help to gain more customers.
