Jun 23,2020I needed a high spec laptop urgently for a new job. This laptop arrived a day early, so I was delighted! Packaging was minimal but secure. Laptop in excellent condition. Only annoyance was the the pre-installed BullGuard anti-virus software. I couldn't switch it off so had to remove completely.

Jun 23,2020I contacted CRS regarding an issue with the courier they’d used to deliver my laptop, the person I spoke to initially didn’t take any action. I phoned back the following day and spoke to somebody called Paul, who resolved the issue quickly and helpfully. The laptop was as described, well packaged and fully functional.

Just one issue - as these run on OS 10.11 not compatible with Office 365 ... having to purchase an older version of office to install, otherwise pleased with condition of the refurb ... not a mark on it.
