Jun 09,2020They are pretty good actually. I found the laptop on Amazon, its a high enough specification, especially for the money. It arrived on time and was absolutely fine. Set up with the new OS on it did hang at wifi config, so skipped that and then came back to it and all was well. So yes, happy with the product and the vendor.

I'm not a computer wizz type but everything seemed to flow. Though refurbished, the laptop is powerful, fast and works like new. Would certainly order from them agai.n
