Apr 30,2021I ordered a reconditioned laptop via Amazon for occasional use and was very pleased with the service. I wasn't sure if the laptop had a webcam and a very polite guy called Nadeem responded to my message really quickly. I said I would give him an excellent review. The computer itself isn't new but seems very good value for the money. It arrived early and was very straightforward to set up. My one disappointment is when they were sorting out the keyboard, they took off the keyboard rubber mouse and did not replace it. A minor point - anyone can slip up - and I have quickly ordered a replacement from ebay. So far so good.
