We had problems with delivery but the sellers were prompt at responding to our query and I think the problem was with the courier service rather than them. I was impressed at how well both Chromebooks were packaged and amazed at the fantastic condition they were in - they looked brand new. We’ve had them for a few weeks now and they’re working well.

Jan 27,2021Ordered a refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad on Amazon and delivered in 2 days to the Highlands of Scotland. Excellent quality machine , no marks. Great piece of kit 8gb of ram and windows 10. The battery life is excellent around 6hr mark. Cannot fault service or product as both were excellent. Thank you very much 5***** +1 =6*

Jan 25,2021I ordered a chrome book for my daughter's homeschooling after her expensive Mac Book just packed up, it was also a birthday present which was the 23rd. The delivery was placed late and was due to arrive on 25th but within 3 days it was here and arrived the evening of the 22nd way exceeding my expectations. It works very well and my daughter loves it, even prefers it over a Mac...really great service and I have no hesitation in recommending CRS

Jan 22,2021Got my refurbished laptop this morning. Everything seems great so far, as far as I can tell. The real test of any vendor of refurbished machines is how well they handle any problems. Fortunately, I have not had to test them out yet! UPDATE: September 2023 and both laptops are performing flawlessly. Very good value for money. Much better quality (commercial grade) machines than the consumer grade ones I have owned in the past.

It looks like new, no scratches etc. Setting up was easy although glad I had read about the @ symbol being where the “ symbol is. Like the keys on the keyboard, little bigger than most computers. If it gives me the same service as the seller I shall be well pleased
