Feb 16,2021Just received this T450s. Looks as if new. Delivery in 6 days - shipped in via DHL from Sharjah in UAE! 168GB hard drive (v advertised 128GB), screen is 1366 x 768 (v advertised 1600 x 900). UK keyboard. A little disappointed about the screen but otherwise very pleased with it.

Feb 08,2021Purchased lap top Lenova Think pad L460 refurbed through Amazon. Laptop arrived early and looks brand new. Easy to set up and overall very pleased. Would have given 5 stars but no pound sign on key board and haven't figured out yet how to access it.

Feb 04,2021I've given them 5 stars. Excellent service. My HP ELITEBOOK 850 came much earlier than quoted. Although refurbished it doesn't detract from the fact that it has a great spec. 16GB and 1 TB of storage. The keyboard is so lovely to the touch compared to some others I've used. My only regret is that there was no opportunity to buy Microsoft Office or Security as a package , but this was a minor issue.

Feb 03,2021CRS provided a brilliant logistics experience. I purchased the product via Amazon and it arrived in new condition accompanied by simple set up instructions. Are a replacement battery and charger available from CRS, please? The warranty does not cover them, although these integral parts are the most likely elements to stop working first.
