Jun 02,2020Laptop arrived within 36 hours of ordering, super impressed - which was great, as I couldn't wait for it to arrive! It's in practically perfect condition too, you really wouldn't know it was reconditioned. There was a slight problem with the operating software, but a quick email and Paul sent instructions on how to rectify and its working perfectly now!!! Cant recommend enough!!!

Jun 01,2020i bought a 'renewed' laptop and was delighted to find that, despite the statement warning that there may be evidence of wear, the laptop was in 'as new' condition. The setup was seamless and everything I wanted to transfer over from my previous laptop was done, up and running, in jig time.

May 27,2020I have just received my laptop so will update review later, however my experience so far has been very positive. I received my laptop several days before the estimated arrival date and within a week of ordering. The item is in far better condition that I anticipated and is pretty much as new with only a couple of very minor cosmetic scuffs visible to the casing, and only because I was looking. The laptop was easy to set up following the instructions provided, and so far after only a few hours, it is running so much more smoothly than my previous computer it is a pleasure to use. Overall my experience so far has been overwhelmingly positive.

May 26,2020This is a great site. The iMac we ordered through amazon came very fast and was like new when we opened the box. The keyboard that came with the computer we did not like so we purchased a Apple keyboard but this was personal preference. I would use again
