Jul 26,2023Second time we have used CPS. Very smooth service from arriving at the Port. Directions given courteously and very efficient service when dropping off our car. Easy instructions for collection on return from cruise. No complaints at all. Will definitely use CPS again

Jul 25,2023Plenty of staff to guide you to parking area by the terminal they take photos of the car you then hand over your keys and walk into the terminal it is so easy When you return you walk over the road get your keys and go There was always plenty of staff if you needed help Highly recommended company

Jul 25,2023Never done a cruise, gone to Southampton docks or used CPS before; but it was extremely well organised. Staff everywhere, couldn't go in the wrong direction, guided at all moments. Excellent! Easiest parking ever. It's essentially like valet; you get out of your car, give them the keys, walk into the terminal and on the ship. You then collect your keys from the office on your return and get in your car and drive off.

Jul 25,2023Once again EXCELLENT service from CPS at Southampton this morning. Car was waiting and key handed over promptly and without fuss. (Also, very good on leaving, when we accidentally left something in the car and it was no trouble for someone to dash back and retrieve it. )We will be using CPS again.

Jul 25,2023Really easy at arrivals and departures at Ocean terminal in Southampton docks. Drive up to ship keys taken off you, given a receipt and staff park car for you. On return hand receipt to staff who give you back your car keys and show you which bay your car is parked in.
