Nov 18,2024I parked today at Southampton, and despite the warnings, I stupidly left my handbag in my car. I noticed just as I was going to board the ship. I returned, and was very happy to find that not only was it noticed, and looked after, it was brought back to me very quickly, with not one bad word said! Thank you, you made what could have been a disaster, so much better.

Oct 22,2024Just returned from our 14 night cruise on Iona, as always CPS were faultless. Although drop-off was busy which is understandable, as Iona has so many passengers it didn’t take CPS to process the car. unloading of luggage is easy as you drop your vehicle next to the luggage drop off points. On return simply visit the CPS cabin to retrieve your keys and locate your car, if your disembarkation dock changes they will bring the car to the changed location. Maybe not the cheapest parking but for simplicity and safety of your vehicle always our first choice.

Oct 02,2024Staff were really pleasant and helpful the car was taken away did under 3 miles there and back wherever it was taken to park for the week. It was parked up ready for our return in exactly the same condition as we left it.

Sep 30,2024Just back from Virgin docked in Portsmouth and used CPS as we have in the past in Southampton . We've always found them to be great service and pleasant staff. In Portsmouth we were greeted by a very pleasant and smiley CPS lady representative called Karen. Everything was slick and seamless as was our arrival back this morning greeted again by Karen now in the booth. Car in same condition as left and easy to collect adjacent to terminal. Would definitely use again

Sep 25,2024What a brilliant friendly service didn't have to wait long they check your car over for any damage then take your cases then when u get back just go to the cps collection desk for your keys and they direct you to your car so simple and stress free defo use again it was the same service at southampton 👍

Sep 20,2024Arrived at Ocean Cruise terminal and directed into parking bay. Stayed in car whilst it was photographed, left key in car and given a tag for return (hint: take a photo in case you lose it), was in terminal within one minute. Arrived back, directed straight to key collection, picked up and out of the car park within minutes. Plenty of directing staff on both occasions. Great service, highly recommend.

Sep 20,2024First time using CPS at Portsmouth and must say that it was smooth as anything. The only thing that the staff at Portsmouth Terminal when disembarking need to direct you to the CPS desk to collect your keys. We went outside to collect the car and no keys. Then when we asked the CPS representative , she said to go and collect them and the Port staff keep giving the passengers wrong information. Need improvement on that side but great experience.

Sep 18,2024CPS made everything very easy. It was easy to book and clear arrival were given. When we arrived at The Portsmouth Terminal we remained in our car to check in and were given labels to put on our luggage and a ticket to hand in on our return. CPS personnel then take your car and park it on the port. When we returned the process was very straight forward with CPS having a dedicated counter in the port and we were directed to where our car was parked and that was less than a two minute walk away. All in all a very good experience

Sep 15,2024We cruised from Southampton with P and O cruises and for the 2nd time we used CPS for our parking. As usual the CPS team where friendly and professional however this time when we returned to our Toyota CH-R Hybrid the battery was flat! We called the AA who said it would be over an hour before they could reach us. My wife went to inform the guys at CPS that we couldn't move and they AA were on the way. The gent from CPS said on no problem we can jump start you and wheeled a jump start kit across, 30 seconds later my car was running. Fantastic. Thank you.

Aug 23,2024We arrived today at Portsmouth to join a Virgin Voyages sailing. Unfortunately for the past month we have really struggled to book any parking in Portsmouth at all which has been an extremely stressful time for us particularly as I am disabled. We therefore decided to arrive at the port early today so that we could leave our baggage and then go off and try and find somewhere desperately to park. By the time we had arrived we were so stressed. I was ready to drive home again four hours and say blow the cruise! The people that I met representing CPS at Portsmouth were absolutely amazing, one of these people was Ash Doogan Who made what was an exceptionally worrying and stressful time for us a pleasure! How these people could turn around to very stressed people in a very short space of time in such a lovely way was amazing customer service, I cannot thank everybody who we encountered from CPS Portsmouth for their consideration and help. Your staff are an absolute credit to you and Cleary enjoy their role in customer service if only everybody we met in life or the same well done!

Nov 24,2024Collecting my car from a Saga cruise the efficiency of the Portsmouth CPS team was exemplary. The car was waiting for me nearby and from the moment of disembarkation to driving out of the car park cannot have been more than 10 minutes. Excellent
