We have never used to CPS parking before, but would highly recommend it. We pulled into the parking dock and we’re out of a car within five minutes. On return we simply went to the desk where they handed back the keys and walk to our car. We were in our car within five minutes of being off the terminal Will definitely use again.

I am a disabled blue badge holder and the service I received from CPS at Southampton was so friendly and professional. Car parked very near the key pick up kiosk so very short distance to walk. Porter loaded the car for us. I had a query during our cruise and the phone was answered quickly and query. Resolved. Perfect service from CPS. This was our second time of using at Southampton.

We have used CPS for many years. We have just returned from a cruise, we are both 80 and had a struggle locating cases so we’re a little stressed. We couldn’t see our little car so the represented called the office and a lady was sent over. She found it as it was parked alongside a 4x4 and we couldn’t simply see it. Well she was so rude I’m still reeling!! She said well a bloody thank you wouldn’t go a miss!! I said sorry we just rather stressed. She shouted no bloody excuse! How rude and unprofessional.

Scandalous pricing. Simply a rip off. I know price of real estate at ports, blah blah. Please CPS give me real justification on pricing, not corporate bull3h1t that I could churn out

Please be aware there is clearly an employee/parking attendant theft issue at CPS Southampton. As other reviews state "Do NOT" leave any coins/valuables inside your vehicle they will be stolen (even a few coins for the Toll Bridge)! We found a dent in the front bumper and the radio channel changed??? CPS accept NO liability what so ever even though there is clearly a theft issue going on. Don't they value their reputation? Very disappointed in our first experience with this company. Update..... Today I have received a satisfactory response from CPS who have acted with unquestionable professionalism regarding the theft. This matter has now been resolved and my faith in this Company has been restored.

We have used CPS for many cruises from Southampton and encounted no problems however on our recent return we have discovered that our loose change stash in the central console was missing. WARNING do not leave coins in your car when parking with CPS.

I had booked a cruise from Dover and could have parked at the Premier Inn for £60. However for peace of mind I decided to use the CPS car park at nearly three times the price. I was very disappointed on my return to find the front offside bumper damaged and as it had been moved from where I had parked it, it could only have been damaged while it was moved by the attendant as it was front end up to a wall. The attendant showed me photographs he had taken where I had left it but they were strangely blurred and denied responsibility but after I told him I had taken a video where I had stopped to remove my luggage, his mood changed and filled out a form. I am now waiting for my car to be repaired and will update my review when I see how any refunds and compensations are handled.

Disgusting price increase 60%!!!! Checked parking for four days in September 2023 on 10th Jan and it quoted £70. Went to book on 18 Jan and price increased to £112. Contacted them by phone and told all prices put up as they had frozen tham for a few years. Even so how can they justify a 60% increase. Disgusting

The price of parking is now unaffordable as CPS have increased their charges to park at their Southampton Cruise Terminal to an extortionate amount,

We recently returned from a P&O Cruise on Britannia and had parking as part of our package. My husband is disabled so we made CPS aware of this before arrival. On return to the dockside, I was supported in the terminal to load my cases onto my trolley. I was able to push the trolley to the key collection point. One of your stewards asked me to ‘abandon’ the trolley (my husband in his wheelchair is not able to manage it) whilst I collected the car key. I was concerned to leave the trolley unsupervised. However, I collected the key and then asked one of the ‘marshals’ for some assistance to load my cases whilst I helped my husband from his wheelchair into the car. Again I was refused any support with a comment’there are only two of us here’. The man stood and watched me struggle to get everything into the car. We were one of the first passengers off the ship so staff were not busy! I found the whole experience both disappointing and embarrassing and it was a most unpleasant and unprofessional end to my holiday. I have pondered whether or not to raise this but felt the need to try to avoid another disabled passenger experiencing similar issues. I sent this directly to CPS over a week ago but haven’t even had the courtesy of an acknowledgment. Update I am delighted to say that I have had a full apology from CPS who have indicated that they have spoken to their duty marshalls and expressed their apologies for the unnecessary distress caused. Thanks to Sarah Moat who took the time to write to us.

I’ve used CPS a few times now but the last time I used it was chaos. On the website it says that if the ship comes back to another terminal, your car will be moved. Not so. It’s the second time this has happened and the second time there was a bus to take us back to our car. When Aurora came back to QEII terminal and the cars were parked at Mayflower, we had a bus and Interlink made out driver park his coach outside arrivals where the Princess passengers were disembarking. It was such a long walk with our luggage to get the cars. A member of staff was quite rude to some people who questioned why the cars weren’t moved. I had better treatment then stories I read. What about the disabled passengers? I don’t think they had very good treatment either. CPS isn’t cheap and I’ll think again next time.

My husband and I cruised with P&O on Iona recently from Southampton. We used our onboard credit to pay from meet and greet with CPS as we have done before I cannot recommend this company and their system highly enough! Yes it was very busy and we had to wait about fifteen minutes before our car was registered and photographed etc but it was so easy and the staff were all so friendly and helpful!! I can thoroughly recommend booking your car with this company. Yes it may be more expensive than other companies but the convenience outways that if you can afford it Thankyou again CPS Anne

Excellent service from beginning to end. Parking at Portsmouth Cruise terminal. Just told them the name/date of our cruise line and they knew how long we needed the space for automatically. Needed assistance due to my husband’s mobility issues, so advised to book a disabled space when booking. This meant that we were met at the door to the terminal building where very helpful staff took our cases from the boot, put on the required luggage tags, gave me a collection ticket for my car and guided us to checkin. On return following our cruise there was a staff member immediately outside the arrivals door who pushed our luggage trolley to the CPS desk where on production of our collection ticket we were given our car keys, and a member of staff took us to our car, which was in a disabled parking bay immediately outside the door of the building; he then put all our luggage into the car for us. All of this excellence++ service undertaken by professional, helpful and very friendly staff. Can’t praise this company enough.
