Jul 04,2023Used them last about 3 years ago and this time the whole package was as good as before. Drove straight in, that was a first, usually had to cue. Once inside the terminal We were directed to the luggage pods and provided with trollies. They took photos and the key and we were on board in about 20 minutes. On return disembarked collected luggage and key, short walk to car out of the docks in about 20 minutes. Cannot fault the process or service

Jul 04,2023First cruise and first time using CPS. Must say I was very impressed with the service and organisation. On arrival car was collected with minimum of time and I was given a bar coded collection slip. On departure from the ship CPS staff were very visible at terminal exit and we were directed to key collection point. On presentation of slip key handed over, We were directed to the row our car was parked in and exited without any problems. From exiting the terminal to exiting the car park took less than 10 minutes. Excellent Service and would definitely use again and recommend.

Jul 02,2023Rolled off the ship, was directed to CPS which was a short walk, keys were handed over at the booth with location of car. All good, car as left in good condition. Would recommend this company from the experience I have had with them.

Jul 01,2023Great experience using CPS At Ocean Terminal.Easy handover of car after pictures of the vehicle were taken I got a card with bar code for collection on disembarkation.Got of the ship and was guided to the key collection point at which point got a row identification letter I.e B2. Found car with assistance from staff and the distance between parked cars was very generous. Have to say I would highly recommend this company for ease of use and secure parking managed and operated by thoughtfull and polite staff 5*

Jul 01,2023Extremely easy ! Got to Southampton followed the sign pulled up into a queue, where lovely staff member greeted us and booked us in. We handed over our car was given a ticket , we removed or luggage they parked our car for us . This morning off the boat followed sign to car park 2 min from ship , loads of staff to help showed us which direction our car was and asked if we needed help, got in car and off we went home. Will use these again !

Jul 01,2023Pulled up at the terminal and abandoned the car to catch our ship! No fuss or drama we handed over the keys to our charriot and didn't look back... on our return we had our keys within 5 minutes and pointed in the direction of our parked car. All in good order & windows had been put up by the driver following our abandonment. Great work CPS those windows have been dodgy for ages👏
