Booking handled very efficiently and professionally. They got us the best deal available which worked out lower than HAL direct and also their competitors

I originally started searching cruise websites and their reviews after my NCL cruise consultant (finally) told me that, to get the best rates, I should contact a travel agent or cruise website. After reviewing the websites, I decided to take a chance and contact Cruise.com. Richard, the cruise consultant, called me back at my requested time. He was pleasant, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I felt as though I was talking with a friend. He anticipated my needs and had the answers to all of my questions. He was incredibly patient and freely offered his knowledge to help me and my family save money. I had never booked a cruise from a website before and I was skeptical. Now, I am telling everyone what amazing service I received from Cruise.com and from Richard. Thank you!

Arrival very organized, efficient. In our rooms by 1300, bags at rooms by about 1530. All the employees were great, especially customer service desk to book excursions and just to answer general questions. What was of note was the food. Quality way down, as seen in the thin steaks that were served. Food used to be hot upon arrival whereas now it is warm at best. NOT THE SERVERS FAULT! Possibly the servers have more tables to serve or the serving process has changed. Lukewarm soups (except the last night the French onion soup was great), no more table side choices of salad dressings, no offer of fresh cracked pepper. When at the all-inclusives the 'other' restuarants were included in price. Was surprised to have to pay extra for essentially the same food, just a different location. The soda package for $160??? What a joke. No longer are the days when you can get a (free) Coke with your meal. The tea was very mediocre. The dining room entertainment is way over being old, as is the same as on my first cruise about 15 years ago. While we got the cruise (last minute) for a great price, the add-ons are now make cruising a more expensive vacation than in the past. The entertainment was quality for the most part, especially in the Coral Theater. First time on a larger ship but was surprised to still find only 2 hot tubs for 2000 people. People were quite rude by staying in the tubs all day, as well as allowing their children to monopolize the tubs. Children should not EVER be in hot tubs secondary to the health risk, but no one was policing this. Also, the swim pools were not adult friendly. Both pools were filled with children not even allowing for the possibility of swimming laps. Speaking of children, I am a grandma and love children. Don't understand why parents have to allow their children to run in the hallways at night. Very difficult to sleep with the pounding they created. Was not a very restful vacation. I have now reached Platinum level for frequent cruising. Very few perks for using same company. Looks good on paper but really only applies if one is spending money on bingo, etc, then it was only for 1 extra card when minimum purchase was $16 for 6 cards/one game. Small discounts on onboard shopping. Beware booking with Cruises.com. Chose the cruise listed for the one available week from booking site. Promised "free pre-paid gratuities" as well as $100 stateroom credit. When I noted that I was getting daily tip charges, the customer service person allowed me to make a call to web site. Was told that my cruise was too cheap to qualify for extra savings, yet it was the only date available when I went into the window to book cruise. Definitely bate and switch. Will never use that company again. Not the first time I have been 'taken' on this type booking, but will do some extra safe-guarding the next time.

Heather is definitely one of the best cruise assistants I have ever run across in 56 cruises. At our older age we bounce around for the best deals no more loyalty just best prices......we belong to all the groups, RCI, II, travels clubs (what a waste) and have done cruises with ex sister in law and icruise.com etc my daughter's agency but I really love working with a professional that knows how to listen, search, recommend, and close the deal with amiable split second decisions.....what an experience! I will be using cruise.com and Heather for all my future cruises...Thanks Heather

Work force was absolutely top notch. A few things need improvement i.e.: Buffet breakfast was not hot/warm. Theater entertainment was barely adequate. Bar T.V. had childrens game on screen when adults wanted to watch THE MASTERS GOLF TOURNAMENT (we were told they had to keep kiddies program on until 6 p.m. - in A BAR??). Dining room dinners were very good.

Booking a cruise can be complicated. Cruise.com has booked many cruises for us over the years, and their follow-through service is one of the main reasons we keep coming back to them. For our most recent booking (March 2015 for a fall cruise), our travel agent Clifford Newman tackled more challenges than usual, as we were using cruise line future cruise certificates for partial payment. Clifford's persistence contacting the cruise line and ensuring credit made a significant difference in our total cost. Also, we appreciated that Clifford responded very quickly to our emailed requests for status regarding desired optional arrangements. He ultimately succeeded in resolving all issues in less than a month after initial booking--and well before final payment was due.

This is my third time booking cruises with cruise.com and my cruise planner Victoria Soto-Wyatt has each time gone above and beyond any other cruise planner that I have worked with in my 15 previous cruises. Victoria is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She tells you exactly what is good and bad about each ship and guides you in not only selecting the best incentives but also the best cabin and the best price. This lady really knows her job! I do a lot of research when booking a cruise and cruise.com has always given me the best price around. I highly recommend cruise.com and cruise planner Victoria Soto-Wyatt to anyone interested in cruising.

I have booked several cruises through cruise.com. Each one was exactly as advertised.....no surprises at the time of the cruise or after. I have dealt with several cruise.com travel agents and received excellent information and service. If I had questions, they were happy to help me. On a recent cruise I had a "guarantee" cabin. When the cabin was assigned, cruise.com assisted me in changing my cabin assignment. They got me changed from starboard to port. It was important to me. Thanks for great service, helpful agents, great prices, and convenient hours. I'll be back soon to book another cruise.

Rachel Krieger in the Los Angeles CA area of Cruise.com office was great to work with. She helped us book our 15 day cruise to Hawaii and Ensenada Mexico. She was able to find on-board credits for booking plus veteran status. Our complementary meal and champagne added to our wedding anniversary celebration. Our balcony rooms were fabulous. We have just booked a Disney cruise with Disney World vacation in one package for our entire family. Rachel secured the balcony rooms we requested and was able to save us money with the cruise.com pricing compared to Disney, Costco, and other agents. Can't say enough about cruise.com and know that before this Disney cruise sails that she will add any perks (on-board credits, complimentary meals, upgrades etc.) as they come up.

We have used Cruise.com since 2007 for booking our cruises. We have never had a problem and will continue to use our agent, Amadea Burden to book in the future. Always get the best stateroom and the best price. Don't hesitate to book with cruise.com.

I have booked 3x on Cruise.com. Each time the price was basically identical to Royal Caribbean or Priceline but Cruise.com had better offers for on board cabin credits, easier deposits and payment options...the others you basically paid in full when booking. The representative was always very helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy to sell additional products. Their website is very easy to navigate but the onboard pics are a bit outdated.

I booked a RCCL cruise a couple weeks ago and was very satisfied with Cruise.com. RCCL ran a tax free weekend special this past weekend that included port fees and taxes. I called Cruise.com to see if I could get my booking changed to reduce the cost of my reservation. Cruise.com contacted RCCL and worked through the process of cancelling and rebooking. I was very pleased with the prompt service by the Cruise.com agent. Again, Cruise.com saved me money and were extremely efficient.

The gal that booked our cruise found us the best deal she could without having to make me look around any further. She explained everything and what options we had. She was sensitive to time issues and made sure we had everything we needed to go. She even managed to confirm an upgrade for us which ended up being priceless. The only hiccup we experienced was that there was a time or two where I didn't get a call back right away when I had a couple of questions. I would have to call a couple of times. Other than that she was very pleasant and very responsive.

There was some confusion, contradictions and misinformatuon concerning onboard credits when conversing with three different agents over a few weeks time period. I still don't know who was at fault; the cruise line or Cruise.com, but in the end, it was rectified by Cruise.com to my great satisfaction.

Kim Badeker booked our oceanview stateroom which was in a good location to get to all the venues. We received all our literature via email, and were able to book MyTime dinners and shows without problems. The ship is gorgeous and the shows were ;positively outstanding! While on board we booked another cruise in 2016 on the RCL Anthem of the Seas, and asked the onboard agent to book it thru Cruises.com...but neglected to mention Kim's name, so we hope she will get credit for this booking. We thank you for the onboard credit of $25, and for the efficient manner of booking our reservation.

Booking cruise with cruise.com was fast and efficient. Small complaint was that no deposit required could not be honored even though other sites could. I didn't realize other sites were doing no deposit for the same cruise until my booking was completed. Also, I had a question about requirements if I could not make sail date and what my options could be but couldn't get a call back from booking agent after several messages.

I have been booking cruises with cruise.com for years and have always been more than satisfied with my agent, her knowledge of the cruising itineraries and deck plans on ships I was interested in. She has also gone that extra mile to find discounts for us . Our last booking to South America was no exception. Penny was most accommodating, knew what we wanted and had our cabins booked at a super price in 5 minutes.
